Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions to the ADR Sentinel Software (Mediator Edition and Attorney Edition). Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record, and refunds are issued through Lemon Squeezy in accordance with this policy.

Try before you buy

We offer a free trial (e.g., 14 days) so you can fully evaluate the Software before paying. We encourage you to use the trial to confirm ADR Sentinel meets your needs. You can cancel anytime during the trial through the in-app “Manage subscription” link and you will not be charged for the subscription.

No refunds after trial. Because a free trial is provided to evaluate the Software, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once charged, except where required by law or at our discretion for goodwill.

How to request a refund

Email support@adrsentinel.com from the address associated with your purchase, with your order or receipt number and a brief reason. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Lemon Squeezy; processing times depend on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not, by itself, refund the current term except as provided above. After cancellation you retain access through the end of your paid period, after which the Software enters a read-only state (you can still view and export your data).

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we’ll work to resolve it quickly. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in suspension of your license.

Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you may have under the consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction.
