Finding your way around

ADR Sentinel has three main regions: a sidebar on the left, the case view in the center, and a settings drawer that slides in from the right. Once you know those, everything is a click or two away.
The sidebar
The sidebar is your navigator:
- Cases are listed at the top. Click + Add Case to create one. The active case is highlighted.
- Once a case is selected, its Parties appear below, color-coded by role (e.g. Plaintiff, General Contractor, Subcontractor). Click + Add Party to add one.
- Click a party to open its negotiation activity in the case view.
At the top of the sidebar you'll also find the ? (Help) button — which opens this panel — and the gear (Settings).
The case view
The center is where the work happens. Along the top is a row of tabs; which ones you see depends on the case type and your edition:
- Ledger — the negotiation table (always present; this is the default view).
- Sessions — notes per mediation session.
- Working Log — a timestamped record of everything you've done (see Recovering from a crash).
- Scenarios — hypothetical "what-if" versions of the case.
- Blind Rounds — for Construction cases (see Running a blind round).
The control bar above the table also has filters (All / Open / Settled), view toggles, and a Notes button for sticky notes on the case.
The settings drawer
The gear opens settings: appearance, workflow preferences, your storage location and cloud sync (see Where your case data lives), data export/import, and the recycle bin.
